About IRC Construction
IRC. General Contractors, in business since May 1989, was founded by Peter Katsafouros, owner and manager.
With IRC you will always get consistent quality no matter how small or large the job. All employees are trained by Peter who is a "hand's-on" manager of his project teams. Since we often work on several project at a time, Peter rotates among the job sites to ensure quality is maintained across all aspects of any IRC project. In addition, a site foreman is present at every job to address customer questions as they arise. Customers can always call Peter if necessary.
At IRC General Contractors, we live by the moto "On Time and On Budget". Given this motto, we are very good at estimating time, resources and material needed for any project. Because of the quality of our past projects, and the strength or our references we take special care not to stretch ourselves too thin. Customer satisfaction is always the best reference and advertisement.
For the last four years I.R.C. has been working on several multi-family developments which were experiencing ongoing problems since the developments were completed. The scope of these projects have included stripping the homes to expose the existing studs (and replacing as needed), re-sheeting, re-flashing, re-wrapping, and re-siding with Hardie Plank. These projects are often completed while the residences are occupied.
IRC is licensed, fully insured, and a current member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. In fact, we have been on the BBB Honor Roll every year since the beginning of our membership for accomplishing a year of outstanding customer service without complaints.
