Re-siding a house or commercial project especially the ones we work on usually requires some one with more than a specialty license and the experience a company like ours has. Once we start a project we some time run into structural problems, electrical, plumbing etc. that the owner or ourselves were not aware of until we have striped the exterior especially in very old homes and sad to say in many recent tract home developments. With some companies that could mean it gets overlooked or worse yet covered over with the new siding and it is never brought to the homeowner’s attention. Being a working General Contractor I/we have the knowledge of how to fix the problem 99% of the time from within my organization. If it is something that is beyond my knowledge of over 25 years of hands on personal construction knowledge I have the resources from architects to electricians to get an answer and fix the problem quickly and reasonably if possible as not to slow down the project.
In recent years we have been working with some of the top rated forensic architect firms which between me and these firms we have been able to come up with a better solution to fix the problem with a lot of the bad construction details that were used in the past. My highly trained foreman or lead siders are aware of these problems and quickly bring it up to my attention so we can address the issue and fix what ever comes up once authorization has been given.
We also have numerous customers asking if we provide other services at the same time as the siding remodel or for future work. The answer is yes. A lot of our customers would rather work with one contractor for there whole remodel than numerous ones.
